DRIVEN BY FLAVOR
Driven By Flavor interviews Dan Barber about what gives flavor or more so what gives a natural food rich flavor. He covers the scientific backgrounds by bringing in the Brix levels. He also goes into the ethics of eating natural foods and medicinal value within Brix levels. I wanted to play with having the scientific side, hence the images of fruits and vegetables under the microscope with the white background and even the monospace font. But I also wanted to highlight the contrast between the bareness and the sophistication of these rich flavors with the serif font.
